General — website

1

Operator

neologos.dev is operated by Vojtěch Landa, contact: vojtajess@gmail.com.

2

Scope of these terms

These terms cover the use of neologos.dev and vejce.neologos.dev — i.e. browsing, the support chat, and contact forms. Each individual app (Blackout, Eco, WorthIt, Blurt, Migrelog, Limi) has its own license terms in the app section below — governed either by Apple's Standard EULA or the app's own text.

3

Using the website

The website is provided free to browse. Its content (text, design, app code) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without the operator's consent. You may not use the site in a way that disrupts its operation or abuses the support form for spam.

4

Liability

The website is provided "as is". The operator tries to keep the content current and the site working, but doesn't guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. Each app's own terms below govern its content and behavior.

5

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Blackout

Effective from August 30, 2026

1

License grant

By installing or using Blackout, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use on your iOS devices, in accordance with Apple Inc.'s App Store terms.

2

Notice — emergency services

Blackout DOES NOT REPLACE emergency services or professional rescue systems and does not provide a direct connection to emergency medical services, firefighters, or police. In a life- or health-threatening situation, always call the emergency number 112 (or 155/150/158). The app's SOS feature is only a visual signal for people nearby — it does not replace calling an emergency line.

3

Disclaimer of warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without a guarantee of continuous or error-free operation. CHMI alerts are sourced from a third party, and their accuracy depends on that source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the app.

4

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Apple Inc.'s App Store terms take precedence in case of conflict.

Eco

Effective from September 13, 2026

1

Introductory provisions

1.1 These terms of use (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between Vojtěch Landa, a natural person, email: vojtajess@gmail.com (the "Operator"), and every person who uses the Eco mobile app for iOS (the "User" and the "App"), including the Eco Premium subscription.

1.2 By downloading, installing or using the App, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms. If they do not agree, they must not use the App.

1.3 A User who is a consumer keeps all rights granted by mandatory law, in particular the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the "Civil Code") and the law of the country of their habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those rights.

1.4 The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy available in the App and at neologos.dev.

2

Relationship with Apple

2.1 The agreement under these Terms is concluded solely between the User and the Operator, not with Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries ("Apple"). The Operator, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content.

2.2 Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, the User may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price paid. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

2.3 Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims of the User or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer protection legislation and claims that the App infringes third-party intellectual property rights. The Operator handles such claims.

2.4 The User represents that they are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that they are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

2.5 Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon the User's acceptance, have the right to enforce them against the User.

2.6 Downloading the App and purchases in the App Store are also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3

Licence

3.1 The Operator grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that the User owns or controls, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the App Store terms (including Apple Family Sharing).

3.2 The User must not rent, lend, provide to others, distribute, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App, except where expressly permitted by law. The User must not circumvent the App's technical restrictions, send automated requests to its servers or manipulate the leaderboard.

3.3 All rights to the App, in particular to its software, design, texts, algorithms and databases, belong to the Operator or its licensors and are not transferred to the User by these Terms.

4

Nature of the App

4.1 The App scores driving style using GPS and the phone's motion sensors and shows speed limits, indicative fine and demerit-point estimates, a log of fines, weather information, warnings and trip overviews.

4.2 The App is purely informational and educational. It is not a certified measuring instrument, a navigation device or a vehicle assistance system, it does not replace the driver's attention or legal advice, and its outputs are not intended as evidence before any authority, court or insurer. It is not intended for professional or commercial use, such as evaluating employees.

4.3 GPS and phone sensor data are inherently imprecise and are affected by signal quality, the position and mounting of the phone and device settings. Scores, speeds, limits and events may therefore be inaccurate or incomplete.

5

Safety while driving

5.1 The driver is always solely responsible for driving the vehicle and for complying with traffic rules. The App never takes precedence over road signs, police instructions, road conditions or the law.

5.2 The User sets up the App before driving and places the phone in a fixed mount so that it does not obstruct the view and is not in an airbag deployment zone. While driving, the driver must not hold the phone in the hand or in any other way and must not operate the App.

5.3 The App's notifications, sounds, vibrations, Live Activity and warnings are supplementary only. They may not arrive in time, correctly or at all, and the User must not rely on them.

6

Speed limits

6.1 Speed limits come from OpenStreetMap, open map data created by volunteers. They may be incomplete, out of date or matched to a road other than the one the User is on, especially on parallel roads and at junctions. They do not reflect temporary or variable signs, roadworks, closures, police instructions, limits for particular vehicle types or current conditions. A limit marked as estimated is only an estimate based on the road type.

6.2 Actual road signs, police instructions and applicable law always prevail, even if the App shows a different limit or none. The App's scores and warnings are not evidence or confirmation that the User complied with or breached any rules.

7

Fine estimates and demerit points

7.1 Fine and point estimates and the points log are indicative only. They are based on Sections 123b, 123c, 123e and 125c of Czech Act No. 361/2000 Coll. as in force on the date stated in the App and apply only to the Czech Republic. They do not constitute legal advice.

7.2 Only the competent authority or court decides on an offence, the amount of a fine and a driving ban. The binding points balance is kept only in the Czech register of drivers. The points countdown in the App relies solely on the data the User enters and may differ from the register.

8

Weather and warnings

8.1 Weather data are provided by Apple Weather, and warnings for the Czech Republic by the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (ČHMÚ). Driving tips are general recommendations derived from the forecast.

8.2 Actual road conditions may differ from the forecast. Warnings may appear with a delay or be incomplete, and the App shows them only in the Czech Republic; ČHMÚ warnings are not available in other countries. The User must follow current conditions and official warnings.

9

Account, leaderboard, groups and family sharing

9.1 An account is optional. The App can be used without one, except for the leaderboard and groups. The User is responsible for securing their device and sign-in credentials.

9.2 Nicknames and group names must not be offensive or misleading or infringe the rights of others or the law. The Operator may remove or change them in such a case.

9.3 Groups and family sharing are intended for mutual and knowing sharing of trip overviews. The User must not use the App to covertly monitor another person and may invite to a group only people who agree to it; minors require the consent of their legal guardian.

9.4 The User can delete the account at any time in the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account).

10

Eco Premium subscription

10.1 The scope of Eco Premium features is described in the App before purchase.

10.2 Eco Premium is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription through the App Store. The price is shown in the App Store before the purchase is confirmed and includes value added tax. Payment is collected by Apple and charged to the Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.

10.3 The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless the User cancels it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in their Apple ID settings (Settings → [name] → Subscriptions). After cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the account or uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.

10.4 A free trial, where offered, can be used only once. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts into a paid subscription.

10.5 Price changes are communicated by Apple under its rules; where required by law, the subscription continues at the new price only with the User's consent.

10.6 Order cancellations and refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the consumer's statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. This right may be lost where the supply of digital content has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

11

Defects and updates

11.1 The Operator is liable to a User who is a consumer for the App's conformity with the contract throughout the period of supply and provides the updates necessary to keep it in conformity, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 as implemented in applicable law.

11.2 Defects can be reported through the support chat in the App or by email at vojtajess@gmail.com. The Operator will handle them without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. If the defect is not remedied within that period, the consumer is entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract; a refund of the price paid can also be requested from Apple.

11.3 Inaccuracies arising from the nature of the data described in Articles 4, 6, 7 and 8, or limitations caused by the settings or condition of the User's device (such as denied location access, Low Power Mode or an unsupported iOS version), are not defects.

11.4 The Operator may update the App and change its features. A change that materially and adversely affects access to or use of Eco Premium will be announced to the User in advance, and the User will then be entitled to terminate the contract free of charge as provided by law.

12

Availability

Features that require an internet connection (leaderboard, groups, support chat, weather, warnings, speed limits) depend on third-party services. The Operator strives for their continuous availability but cannot guarantee it; scheduled maintenance, provider outages and network restrictions may occur.

13

Liability

13.1 The Operator is liable for damage to the extent provided by law. Its liability is not excluded or limited for harm to life, health or other natural rights of a person, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to the extent that consumer protection law does not allow it.

13.2 The Operator is not liable for damage it did not cause, in particular for the consequences of a driver failing to comply with traffic rules, not paying full attention to driving, operating the phone while driving or following information in the App contrary to actual road signs, police instructions or current conditions, nor for fines, points, driving bans, decisions of insurers or other decisions of authorities or third parties.

13.3 The Operator takes third-party data (OpenStreetMap, Apple Weather, ČHMÚ, ČÚZK) as provided and is not liable for their accuracy, completeness or timeliness unless it caused the inaccuracy itself.

13.4 Towards a User who is not a consumer, the Operator is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and up to the amount the User paid for Eco Premium in the preceding 12 months; this does not apply to harm to life or health under Article 13.1.

14

Third-party data and content

Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under ODbL (openstreetmap.org/copyright). Weather data: Apple Weather. Warnings: Czech Hydrometeorological Institute. Administrative district boundaries: © ČÚZK, licensed under CC BY 4.0.

15

Termination

15.1 The User may stop using the App, delete the account and uninstall the App at any time. A paid subscription must be cancelled as described in Article 10.3.

15.2 The Operator may close an account or restrict access to online features if the User materially or repeatedly breaches Articles 3.2, 9.2 or 9.3, and will inform the User where possible.

15.3 The Operator may discontinue the App. It will announce this in the App at least 30 days in advance; a pro-rata refund of a paid subscription can be requested from Apple.

16

Changes to the Terms

16.1 The Operator may reasonably amend the Terms for a valid reason, in particular due to changes in the law, in the App's features or for security reasons.

16.2 A material change will be announced in the App at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the User does not agree with the change, they may terminate the contract by deleting the account and cancelling the subscription, which then ends at the end of the paid period. Changes do not apply retroactively.

17

Complaints and dispute resolution

17.1 The Operator handles complaints and questions through the support chat in the App or at vojtajess@gmail.com.

17.2 The body competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz. A consumer from another EU member state may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. Compliance with consumer protection obligations is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz).

18

Governing law and final provisions

18.1 These Terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. A consumer does not lose the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation) and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

18.2 If any provision of these Terms is invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

18.3 These Terms are available in several language versions. In the event of any discrepancy, the interpretation more favourable to the consumer applies.

18.4 These Terms are effective from 13 September 2026.

WorthIt

Effective from September 12, 2026

1

Nature of the recommendation

The „BUY / WAIT / SKIP“ verdict, the recommended target price, the estimated typical market price and the price history chart are indicative estimates produced by a language model from publicly available sources. This is not a price database, not a binding recommendation, and not financial advice.

Shop prices change continuously and an estimate may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify the current price and terms with the shop itself before buying. The operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app's output, nor for any difference between the displayed and the actual price.

2

Scope

The app is intended for durable, considered purchases — electronics, fashion, home, beauty and drugstore, sports, hobby, car and motorcycle, tools and garden, and similar goods. It does not evaluate groceries, drinks or other fast-turnover consumables, nor listings from second-hand marketplaces and private sellers.

3

Price watching

The price is checked roughly once a day and depends on the shop page being reachable. We cannot guarantee that an alert arrives for every price change, or that it arrives immediately.

4

Subscription

WorthIt Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) through the Apple App Store. The subscription renews until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple ID subscription settings. If a plan offers a free trial, it is for new subscribers only; its length and the price after it ends are shown in the app and in the App Store before you confirm the purchase. Anyone who previously bought lifetime access keeps it. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app.

Fair use: WorthIt Pro includes up to 20 analyses per calendar week; the counter resets on Monday at 00:00 Central European Time. The app shows how many you have left. Results the server returns from its cache do not count toward the limit. Without a subscription, 5 analyses per calendar month are available.

Analysis packs: 5 analyses as a one-time purchase, nothing renews. Pack analyses are used only once the free allowance or the weekly Pro limit runs out, and they do not expire. Apple does not restore one-time purchases, so unused analyses are tied to this installation of the app — they are not restored after deleting it or on another device.

Blurt

Effective from September 18, 2026

1

Licence

By installing Blurt you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use on your Apple devices. Apple's Standard EULA applies to the app and these terms supplement it. In case of conflict, the App Store terms prevail.

2

Nature of the app

Transcription, categorisation and the detected due date and priority are automatic estimates and may be inaccurate, especially in noisy places or with dialects. Always double-check important things (medication, deadlines, payments) and don't rely on the app alone. A reminder may not fire if it's disabled in iOS, the device is out of battery, or the note hasn't been transcribed yet.

3

Apple Watch and iPhone

Transcription happens on iPhone. If your iPhone isn't nearby, the note waits and is processed once the devices connect directly or via iCloud. The app requires Apple Watch and iPhone running a supported OS version.

4

Blurt Free and Blurt Premium

Without a subscription you can record 5 notes a day, have 3 template categories and see the last 7 days of history. Older notes aren't deleted, just hidden. Automatic sorting is free.

Blurt Premium is an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store: monthly or yearly, the yearly plan with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You'll see the current price in the app and on the App Store before confirming. The subscription renews until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple ID settings. If you don't cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts into a paid subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for damage caused by inaccurate transcription, wrong categorisation, a missed deadline or data loss, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers keep the protection granted by the law of their country of residence.

Migrelog

Effective from September 19, 2026

1

Licence

By installing Migrelog you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use on your Apple devices. The standard Apple licence agreement (Standard EULA) applies to the app; these terms supplement it. In case of conflict, the App Store terms prevail.

2

The app is not a medical device

Migrelog is a personal diary. It records, adds up and prints the data you enter. It does not diagnose, assess your health, recommend medication or dosage, and does not replace a doctor. It is not a medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

Totals (days with pain, days with medication) and observations in your records only describe what you logged. They are not a medical conclusion or a warning. Decide about treatment with your doctor. For sudden, unusually severe pain or other warning signs, call 112 or your local emergency number — the app will not alert you to anything like that.

The Guide tab (Průvodce) contains general information and tips about headaches with sources. It is the same for all users, is not based on your records and is not advice for your particular case.

3

Accuracy

Speech transcription and recognising details in a sentence (pain type, medication, dose) are automatic and may be inaccurate. That is why you confirm every voice entry, and it only counts towards totals after that. Before showing records to your doctor, check medication and doses in particular. Medication stock is only a counter based on your entries and purchases. A reminder may not arrive if notifications are off in iOS or the device is out of battery.

4

Watch and iPhone

The app requires an iPhone; Apple Watch is optional. Voice transcription runs on the iPhone; if the iPhone is out of range, the recording waits and is processed once the devices reconnect.

5

Migrelog Free and Migrelog Premium

Free and unlimited: logging attacks and medication (including by voice), calendar, monthly totals, medication list with stock, questions for the doctor and the Health connection. Without a subscription you see the last 3 months; older records are not deleted, only hidden.

Migrelog Premium unlocks the PDF export for your doctor, observations in your records, purchases and medication costs, the Doctor visit section and the full history. It is an auto-renewing subscription via the Apple App Store, monthly or yearly, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You will see the current price in the app and in the App Store before confirming. The subscription renews until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple ID settings. If you do not cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate transcription, incorrectly recognised details, a missed reminder, decisions made based on the records or loss of data, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.

7

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of your country of residence.

Limi

Effective from September 28, 2026

1

Licence

By installing Limi you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use on your Apple devices. The standard Apple licence agreement (Standard EULA) applies to the app; these terms supplement it. In case of conflict, the App Store terms prevail.

2

What Limi is and isn't

Limi is a personal overview. It records, adds up and displays the data you enter. It doesn't judge your behaviour, doesn't diagnose, and isn't addiction treatment, a medical device or financial advice.

If you feel a habit is putting you at risk, talk to a doctor or a professional. In an emergency, call 112.

3

Calculations are estimates

Money, savings, trends and the estimate of when you'll reach a savings goal are calculated only from the data you enter (prices, amounts, starting point). They are indicative and may not match your actual spending. A price change applies to new entries only.

4

Limi free and Limi Plus

Free with no time limit: tracking up to 3 habits, logging, the Today overview, habit detail, money per day, week and month, the last 30 days of history, and logging from Control Center, the Lock Screen and Siri. Without Plus, older entries aren't deleted, only hidden.

Limi Plus unlocks unlimited habits, full history, Impact, savings goals, yearly overviews, Home Screen widgets, Apple Watch, reading from Health, export and iCloud sync. It is bought through the Apple App Store either as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or as a one-time purchase with no time limit. The one-time purchase can be shared via Family Sharing. You'll see the current price in the app and in the App Store before confirming.

The subscription renews until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5

Your data

Data lives only on your device and, optionally, in your iCloud. I have no access to it and therefore can't restore it. You manage your iPhone backup and iCloud yourself.

6

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damage arising from an inaccurate calculation, a decision made based on the overviews, or data loss, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7

Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence.
