Everything that applies to Ebb is here. The general part below covers the website and all apps.

This document is translated from the Czech version for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version is binding.
License
By installing Ebb you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use on your Apple devices. The app is covered by Apple's standard license agreement (Standard EULA); these terms supplement it. In case of conflict, the App Store terms prevail.
What Ebb is and is not
Ebb is a personal overview of body load based on sleep, resting heart rate, HRV and respiratory rate against your own normal. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat, and does not replace a doctor.
The app's humorous outputs, such as the weekend invoice or the permission slip for today, are tongue in cheek. They have no legal or medical force, and the permission slip is not a certificate for an employer, school or authority. If you do not feel well, see a doctor. In a life-threatening emergency call your local emergency number.
Calculations are estimates
The daily state, the sleep balance and the wake-up estimate are calculated from data that your watch or other devices write to Health. They are approximate and depend on the quality and completeness of that data. The wake-up estimate assumes whole 90-minute sleep cycles; in reality cycles differ from person to person.
Ebb free and Ebb Plus
The daily state, the Why explanation, the 7-day overview, breathing, the Journal and widgets stay free. Ebb Plus unlocks 30 and 90 day charts and the What affects you overview. It is bought through the Apple App Store as an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription; the yearly plan may include a trial period. You see the current price in the app and in the App Store before confirming a purchase.
The subscription renews until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Your data
Your data lives only on your device and in Health. I have no access to it and therefore cannot restore it. You manage your iPhone backup yourself.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damage arising from an inaccurate calculation, a decision made on the basis of the overviews, or loss of data, unless I caused it intentionally or through gross negligence. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. A consumer does not lose the protection of the law of their country of residence.

These terms cover the use of neologos.dev and vejce.neologos.dev — i.e. browsing, the support chat, and contact forms. Each individual app (Blackout, Blurt, Limi, Ebb) has its own license terms in the app section below — governed either by Apple's Standard EULA or the app's own text.
Using the website
The website is provided free to browse. Its content (text, design, app code) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without the operator's consent. You may not use the site in a way that disrupts its operation or abuses the support form for spam.
Liability
The website is provided "as is". The operator tries to keep the content current and the site working, but doesn't guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. Each app's own terms below govern its content and behavior.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
